Booker sometime back, superior room booked, we got a standard room I think, detail says slippers, bathrobe etc, we didn't have these. Remove for tv broken, my son couldn't watch tv at all. Check in very slow too.

No room servicing if staying more than 1 night

They have a new system of not servicing rooms now - we have stayed lots b4, but won't again - after staying more than 1 day, you do not get clean towels, bed made, rubbbish removed or a vacuum of the floors. NeTea bags or coffee, no clean cups or glasses for use. And we are told this is to "help the planet" - I thought it was to help their profits really!

Amazing stay as always at the Mercure Milton Keynes. Cannot ask for more. The staff are the best I have come across. Ahmed is always welcoming patient and friendly on check. All the reception team are professional and lovely. The bedroom is immaculate and warm on entry and clean. Highly recommend the Mercure at Milton Keynes.. certainly the best for me. Thankyou :)

Great stay at Mercure. The bed was comfy and the curtains done a great job blacking out the room, so we had a wonderful night's sleep. It was very quiet too, so no disturbance. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom. The only let down was the shower. Either very hot or very cold.

Disappointed with the bed, the base was at least a foot bigger than the double mattress and the actual headboard was meant for a super king. The bed light switches were not within reach of the bed either! Otherwise the facilities were satisfactory
